VOCs (Volatile Organic Compound) are toxic materials that is typically found in paints, drywalls, furniture, and even floor stains. While the rationale for them might have sounded good at the time, VOCs will be illegal in the nation. In very rare cases, an exception might be allowed through the Department of Housing, but if so – then there must be disclosure for any rentals, or purchases. Simply put, there is little to no value for VOCs to justify their use. This might make some materials a little more expensive, but this is when compared to one’s health.
